Then, when you got done, you got caught talking with someone for a while. Then you went back to your desk, having forgotten about the craving until later? That’s the nature of cigarette cravings. Your body doesn’t want it, but your mind does.


If you meditate daily, you’ll find that taking that time to focus on your breath, your body, and your mind, will give you new perspective on the types of things you put in your body. Don’t be surprised if you go in search of healthier foods and think twice instead of lighting up a cigarette.
